Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of Oriven — the connected workspace for projects, CRM, contracts, invoicing, client portals and related services. By creating or joining a workspace, you agree to be bound by them.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Oriven, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the service.
Description of service
Oriven provides a connected business operating system, including project and task management, CRM, contracts and e-signature, invoicing and payments, client portals, chat and calls, a knowledge base, and related automation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
Accounts and workspaces
To use Oriven you must register for an account and, typically, belong to a workspace. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. A workspace owner or administrator is responsible for the roles and permissions they grant to other members.
Client portal access
Where a workspace invites a client into a client portal, that client’s access is limited to the records the workspace makes available to them. Workspaces are responsible for what they choose to share through a client portal.
Contracts and electronic signatures
Oriven’s contract tools let workspaces draft, send and collect signatures on documents, with an audit trail of key events. Legal enforceability of an electronically signed document can vary by jurisdiction and document type, and is not guaranteed by Oriven.
Payments and invoicing
Invoice payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe and Paystack under their own terms. Oriven is not a party to the underlying transaction between a workspace and its client and does not guarantee payment, settlement or the availability of any payment provider.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to upload content you do not have the right to share, or in any way that interrupts, damages or impairs the service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to another workspace’s data, accounts or systems.
Third-party integrations
Oriven may connect to third-party tools — including Google Drive, Google Calendar, WhatsApp and payment providers — at your direction. Your use of those tools remains subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or content.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Oriven is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “last updated” date above, and, where appropriate, through additional notice.
